10th Graduation day Report-Academic Year (2015-2016)

• Beloved Chairman, Director Madam , Faculty members, parents and my dear young graduands, I find immense pleasure in presenting the brief graduation report.
•  Our students received 24 ranks from Anna University, Chennai. During graduation day they will be honoured with gold coin from our Chairman every year.
•  For 2014-2015 & 2015-2016 batch most of our eligible students are placed in top companies. Placement is still in progress for the present batch students.
•  We have included Placement training classes and Spoken English classes in our curriculum from 3rd semester itself in order to equip our students and making them to appear boldly infront of panel members during any type of interviews.
• We have MOU with many Corporates such as WIPRO,Infosys,CSC ,Accenture & TCS ION Examinations ,HSS BIM Solution Pvt. Ltd. an authorized consultancy for Autodesk Company and many more.
• The companies who have lend a hand to our students this year are WIPRO,CSC, CTS Excelocom,RRDonnelly,Mindtree,Vitrusa,NTT Data,Scope international, Infosys,Bank of Newyork, Attune, Tychons, Gadaget, Aricent, Sobha Builders,Mphasis, KEC International Ltd., Tata Communication and many more.
•  Many students are doing internship projects in Aricent,Kaar Technologies and CSC , ARICENT GENLITE and Shoppers stop.
• We have a tie up with Aspiring minds (AMCAT) for self assessment and with Training consultants for Aptitude training, Technical Training and Softskills etc..
• Business English Certificate course is issued by Cambridge University for the betterment of the candidate in placement and higher studies.
• Haritha oversees education with our Advisory bureau is helping the students for pursuing higher studies in abroad.
•  Our faculties have published more than 75 papers in various National and international journals and conferences.
•  Our Students from various departments have presented more than 100 papers in various events conducted by reputed colleges and universities.
• Our Final year mechanical students have participated in Gocart National level competition held in pune and Coimbatore by acropolis.
• Many of our teaching and technical staff members are pursuing higher studies in various reputed institutions.
• We have conducted FTP and FDP for our and other college faculties to enhance their knowledge in various subjects.
• We have organized a seminar for all the faculties in various disciplines to support teaching learning process.
• As per Anna University norms we have arranged required number of Guest lecturers and industrial visits for the benefit of the students to acquire practical knowledge.
•  We are issuing merit certificate, medals and cash awards for 100% attendance holders and academic toppers for mid semester/Model and University examinations.
• To encourage and motivate the department in academic activities we are presenting academic excellence award for the best department by considering various factors such as Results and attendance percentage, Rank secured as per spoken English evaluation, Number of students placed, Number of University ranks, number of project proposal sent and discipline etc.
•  Under Student project scheme of Tamil Nadu State council ,CSE dept have sent 9 project proposal ,IT dept have sent 4 project proposal ,EEE dept have sent 4 project proposal for the approval process.
• We have NSS Unit, NCC Naval wing, RRC and YRC in our premise. Many activities are done through these schemes for the benefit of public.
•  We have conducted Symposia and workshop to our students.
•  Many of our students won prizes for sports and cultural conducted by other institutions and our college.
• With the constant encouragement and blessing from our beloved Chairman, cordial support from our Director madam and the staff members, cooperation from the parents and students we will reach the height.
